Supporting Education Through Our Nonprofit Arm

While 10K BA Incorporated focuses on delivering exceptional appraisal and consulting services, we proudly support the mission of our nonprofit partner, the 10K Appraisers Foundation.
Dawson established the nation’s first U.S. Department of Labor–certified appraisal apprenticeship program. 10K AF is laying the groundwork to train aspiring appraisers, returning citizens, youth, and landowners in valuation and property rights. Although funding has delayed the launch of the Apprenticeship Program, the Foundation has successfully helped placed 21 students in internships from 1890 Land Grant Colleges in summer internships with the US Forest Service. It also continues to educate communities through our unified collaboration: the Outside the Barn series on Reconsideration of Value (ROV) and Heirs Property.
